Do you have a recipe for the ultimate grilled cheese sandwich? You can enter it into the second annual Grilled Cheese Contest sponsored by the Seattle Cheese Festival, which takes place May 16-17 at Pike Place Market. This is open to amateurs and professionals. The winner gets to demonstrate his/her recipe on the cooking demo stage during the festival weekend. Be creative and send your recipes by May 1, 2009 to info@seattlecheesefestival.com.
